The first Franklin Collins training program was run on April 16, 1991 on Level 12 at the Ernst & Young Building,  469 Latrobe Street in Melbourne's CBD. Our talented team never did stop to amaze us with their dedication and motivation to learning. By our tenth anniversary, over 150,000 people had taken part in a Franklin Collins training program and we had launched estream, Australia's first eLearning streaming media service.  And now in 2012 Franklin Collins are offering a completely new way to train your staff with our Online Training Library at www.ontrackTV.com.au, a cost-effective cloud service for eLearning Video on Demand.

ANNE GILLIES is the founder  of Franklin Collins Training and Development and Director of CentraLearning International. In 2010 she became Director, Business Development for the Australian subsidiary of OntrackTV  which specialises in cost-effective cloud services for eLearning Video on Demand.

Anne began her career in the corporate sector where she held senior roles in marketing, and business development before she founded Franklin Collins, establishing the company as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)  and gaining accreditation with all major software vendors. With their early adoption of Internet technologies the company established a prestigious client base and experienced rapid growth.  Anne’s passion for life long learning led to the development of boutique recruitment business, Click-to-Start specialising in training and placing people in the IT industry.  Her commitment to training also led her to establish a number of User Groups and to participate as a member of the Advisory Board of Monash University, School of Network Computing. She held the position of  GM, Research & Development of estream, the Windows Server Platform for Australia's first streaming media library of software training. 

Anne's strength is her ability to identify training gaps and  develop an effective learning or communication resource to ensure a successful implementation of projects.

 BEATA KOROPATWA was appointed  Director, Business Development of Franklin Collins  Training and Development in 2011. Beata has a strong track record of successful business development and leadership for over 20 years. She currently holds a number of positions, including CEO of Auslaser Business Solutions providing hardware/business solutions to a Blue Chip Client List in Australia and Globally. Beata has been responsible for the company’s strategic direction, growth, development and ongoing success. Beata has held a number of board positions and been Chair to various entities, her involvement at board level spans the Private, Community and Local Government and Nonprofit sectors. She is currently the Chair for The Hunger Project, Victoria and Chair for Wolf Entertainment, Sydney

Beata's particular strength is that of leadership, bringing people together, while inspiring and motivating them to achieve a common goal through collaborative team effort. Beata  understands that a win win for all is the key to success.
